    Quick answers to common questions

    We aim to reply to messages within one business day. Remember that we are closed Friday and Saturday, so a message sent on Thursday evening will usually be answered on Sunday.

    We can tell you the published rate, which you can also see any time on the daily rate page. The exact rate for a transaction is confirmed at the counter, since rates are reviewed each morning and larger amounts may qualify for a better rate.

    Call the branch that processed it and have your reference number ready — that's the fastest route. Please don't include full transfer details in this form; a phone call is both quicker and safer.

    Choose "Complaint" as the subject above and tell us what happened, including the branch and the date. Complaints go to a manager rather than the general inbox, and we will tell you what we find.
